The room was exceptional and updated included a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave.

I had a really really nice stay in a long time. Everything was perfect and clean, I liked staff and rooms. Richmond International airport was hardly 27 minutes away by car. The staff was helpful and hospitable, as for 4-stars hotel.

The hotel was easily found, just off the

Highway , made checking in easy. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, although the bathroom felt a bit cramped for larger individuals. It was a pleasant stay with nothing too alarming.

Nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. Love the sitting room for extra space. Staff was very helpful and friendly - can't say enough nice things about them. Hotel has a pretty lobby with plants and water (small pools or waterfalls or something). Didn't get a chance to use the pool and hot tub (I didn't want to. My son did but said it was a bit crowded. It was a Friday night.) Location is good and it's an easy drive into Richmond. Love not having to pay extra for parking.

Seemed not to fill food items at reception until completely empty leaving crumbs for most people. Need more tables as people had to stand to try to balance food and drinks. Pool was overrun by unsupervised children.

Breakfast and cable were good.

Guest Services was too busy to bring eating utensils and salt & pepper to the room at 10:30pm, jacuzzi wouldn't come on, no one offered to help with bags. No information about wifi was given during check-in.

This place is okay for a group reunion

First night, the happy hour reception was amazing. Free drinks and snacks. Then the second night, the staff was super friendly, helped us with a last-minute request for a late checkout. They don't just do their jobs, they actually care. Had a pleasant chat with the front desk guy who shared some good local dining spots.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

Bed was very comfortable, and we were glad to have the extra sink outside the bathroom. Staff were helpful.

Bathrooms are tiny and dingy, toilet paper roll holder coming out of the wall. Not enough places to hang wet towels. No hand towel rings. No fan for removing humidity. Entire space looks tired and needs updating. Just not very welcoming.

They didn't comp my room even though the power was out from the time I got there to the time I left. I understand it wasn't their fault but I couldn't use any of their amenities.

The bed was great really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

Only complaint is we didn't stay longer.

The room was spacious. We got a lower floor as requested.

Very noisy in our 2nd floor room above the breakfast/bar area as staff(?) left via the stairway. Heavy doors slamming, loud talking below our room after 10 pm. At that point, we were in bed and didn't want the hassle of being moved. Will never stay on a lower floor in that hotel again!!!!
